Temporary Suspension of Online-Banking and EBICS Services

Dear Customer,

ICBC Frankfurt branch plans to upgrade SEPA from 12:00 noon 15th March to 24:00 midnight 17th March 2024. During this time we will suspense our Online-Banking and EBICS services, the services will resume normal operation at 00:00 18th March 2024. Our service of manual remittance in paper form will not be affected. Please make arrangements in advance. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

After our SEPA upgrade, ICBC Frankfurt branch can provide you more stable, more efficient and safer bank service.
