Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) Frankfurt Branch was established in June 1999, which holds the universal bank license of Germany and is a correspondent bank for first class clearing of Euro and a member of the Target2 and SEPA of the Euro Clearing System. ICBC Frankfurt Branch is also the Euro Clearing Center of ICBC Group. We’re currently looking for:


Corporate relationship Manager (m/f/d)
Locations: Frankfurt am Main or Düsseldorf or Munich, Germany (on-site)
Position Type:Full-time


Responsibilities and tasks:

1.    Develop and grow a portfolio of eligible, creditworthy corporate clients and strategic accounts.
2.    Serve as the main point of contact for client organizations, maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
3.    Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell products and services within existing accounts.
4.    Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
5.    Resolve conflicts or complaints that may arise, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
6.    Collaborate with other departments to deliver tailored solutions that meet clients' needs, including credit, financial markets, compliance, and operations.
7.    Ensure efficient, accurate, and timely processing of client requests and transactions.


Qualifications and skills:

1.    More than 3 years’ of corporate and credit experience in a mainstream commercial bank in Germany, with in-depth specialist knowledge of banking, the financial industry, and basic products.
2.    Extensive professional social network within major financial institutions and creditworthy corporations.
3.    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team-oriented skills to recognize opportunities and identify risks.
4.    Business-fluent in English and German, ideally supplemented by another foreign language such as Chinese.
5.    High level of initiative and commitment, with strong motivation, integration, and conflict resolution skills, as well as a willingness to adapt to change.
6.    Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport, coupled with strategic and creative thinking skills to devise effective plans.
