●Application Condition
The applicant must be the customer who has opened an account with ICBC Frankfurt, and provide the valid identity document.

●Registration Procedure
1. Customer read and sign the ICBC Frankfurt Internet Banking service agreement.
2. ICBC Frankfurt checks and approve the registration of Internet Banking service.
3. ICBC Frankfurt sends out the login password and TAN card to customer by post.
4. Customer modifies the password at the first time using Internet Banking.

●Notes
1. The type and number of the identity document for signing up ICBC Frankfurt Internet Banking should be in accordance with the identity document used for applying the bank account.
2. To change the password, your new password must consist of 6 to 30 (including) characters with combination of letters and numbers. Please make sure to distinguish between capital and small letters.
3. The internet banking service status will be invalid and automatically logout if not any transaction or operation occurs in 15 minutes after logon.
